We are a busy clinic located in Coquitlam, B.C., open Monday-Friday 8:00am -6pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm.

We are currently hiring for the following (part time) position:
Receptionist
Qualifications/Skills:
-Medical terminology an asset.
-Veterinary experience an asset
-Typing skills
-Some computer knowledge required; comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and use of communication tools such as internet and email.
-Is well-spoken and approaches his/her job duties in a mature manner.
-Has excellent client communication skills.
-Has experience working in a team environment
Key duties to include but not limited to the following:
-Receive and greet clients/patients
-Answer and respond on multi-line phone system, schedule appointments and respond to email enquiries
-Complete call backs and reminders
-Admit surgical / procedure patients
-Receive and process payments
